Can you donate?
- Age 18–65, weight 50 kg or more
- 90 days since your last donation
- No fever, antibiotics or dental work in the last two weeks
- Eat a proper meal before you come — do not come fasting
- Carry photo ID
Takes about 35 minutes. The blood bank checks your haemoglobin at the desk, and coffee and biscuits are on them.
